Maggie solid understanding of the Mercedes vehicles helped us come to a quick conclusion that we had a winner and picked a beautiful vehicle that had the features needed for Us. Going through each Mercedes’ class with Maggie made it apparent what we needed. She was knowledgeable not just in the Mercedes’ brand but in other manufacturers so to compare. She was very professional and knowledgeable on this vehicle type. As a matter of fact the group at Mercedes’ helped in plating and dealing with the understanding of warranty’s. Just purchased a vehicle through Kelowna Mercedes-Benz. This is my second vehicle I have purchased through them. I bought my first one in 2016 and had a wonderful experience then. I drove off the lot today with my second car purchased through Mercedes and everyone from our sales person Maggie, who was exceptional and informative, to the sales manager, Brian (who we actually purchased our first car through) were very approachable and friendly. I would not hesitate to purchase mother vehicle through them (but I’m not trading this car off for a few years). More
