Mr. Jake Church, GM, and his team provided me with excellent customer service. I bought a used car, and after 7 days, the trunk won’t open. I wrote Jake an email. He asked his service department to excellent customer service. I bought a used car, and after 7 days, the trunk won’t open. I wrote Jake an email. He asked his service department to fix my problem. After a few days, two of my fobs stopped working. He again stood beside me and gave me two new fobs. I am very happy with their overall customer service. Eddie in sales and Aleksandar in the service department were also very helpful. I chose this dealership to buy the car, even though I live in North Vancouver. I hooked up with advisor Aleksandar Ostojic during my visit last week, he is friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me with my vehicle recall and everything was done properly and on time. Also the cleanin visit last week, he is friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me with my vehicle recall and everything was done properly and on time. Also the cleaning crew did a nice job getting the car cleaned inside and out afterward. However the call center for the service dept do need improvements - no answer, no response.
