We went to look at a vehicle saw it the day we went. We went back the next day and was told it was sold and they showed one that was much newer and about 20k more. But the original vehicle had in fact not went back the next day and was told it was sold and they showed one that was much newer and about 20k more. But the original vehicle had in fact not been sold as it was still on the lot. Western did nothing to address our concerns. Corey was terrible and I would not even rate him a one ...negative if I could. This was clearly a bait and switch and he did nothing. More

Listen and help My truck was brought in for an oil change; previously I had my truck in for warranty work and a minor adjustment to one of the sensors.on the wheel. I My truck was brought in for an oil change; previously I had my truck in for warranty work and a minor adjustment to one of the sensors.on the wheel. I twas notice that one of the covers were missing on the tire, as they were custom tires and purchased with the truck, my wife had asked if it was possible that one of the technicians had forgot to replace the cover. With a bit of further discussion, Renee told my wife to go ahead and order the cover and that Western GMC would reimburse the cost, just bring the invoice in. Needless to say this is an example of going above and beyond and listening o the customer. Most other places would have gone taken a different route in the approach to resolving this. thanks again for listening and offering to help! More
