Vlad was extremely helpful, supportive and patient. This was our first car, so we had a lot of questions and needed a lot of time. Vlad accommodated all of that. Was lead to believe I was eligible for free scheduled maintenance for 3 years. Subsequently discovered this was only in the US. Strike 1.
