He goes above and beyond to make you get what suits you and what you want. Therefore, when my car was due for service, I contacted Paul, who handed me over to HEATHER. I must say without mincing words, that HEATHER is the best when it comes to car services. She'll handle your car perfectly well, and explain in details all you need to know. You also get a FREE CAR WASH, if the weather is good. I therefore recommend VAUGHAN CHRYSLER, for all your car enquiries and services. The service centre at the Vaughan Chrysler is the worst. They talk to you like you are disturbing their space. They don't ask questions that need to be asked so you will have to do your research before visi They talk to you like you are disturbing their space. They do ask who you were speaking to on the beginning phone call as they don't believe what you say they said. "Hey you, your car is ready." They charge more than full retail price on parts. They don't want to talk to anybody after 3:00pm so go well before that time in the day. On one occasion I was told that a Windshield Washer Nozzle Kit would be $57 installed and they would have to order the part. Instead they added $40.00 plus $4 misc. charge for a total of $101 before taxes. I know its that much money as far as car repairs cost but that little piece a plastic and sealer ring cost maybe about $3. Man did I ever get suckered and with terrible treatment to boot. I have tried dealing with Vaughan Chrysler multiple times over the years and always leave feeling like they were the customer and and I was the customer (non) service reps. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR WALLETS. More

Brought it here(Vaughan Chrysler) and they found the issue and fixed it properly THE FIRST TIME. I had a issue on this last visit, Victor and Adriano took care of it quickly. Overall I was pleased. Service appointments take way too long Bought my car here a couple years ago. The people are super friendly and nice, but the service wait is SUPER LONG. The few times I have had my oil cha Bought my car here a couple years ago. The people are super friendly and nice, but the service wait is SUPER LONG. The few times I have had my oil change done here, I always scheduled 8 am and did not receive my car until 1130am/12pm. This is why I don’t change my oil here anymore. Recently got my winter tires changed and same issue, dropped it off at 8 am, given I was the second car in line, and still didn’t get it back until 130pm!!!! ITS RIDICULOUS. I’ve gone to other locations (Newmarket), so easy 45 minute oil change and about 1/1.5 hour tire change which is reasonable. I really recommend you either stop overscheduling appointments or start overscheduling employees. I spend my entire day just waiting at the dealership and if I shuttle home, then I’m stuck there unable to get errands done because it takes all day to simply change tires or get a little oil change done. More
