Well, the senior service manager sat me down and talked to me and helped me understand a few things about my warranty and the worked that i needed done on my vehicle. That was the first nice thing I apprec to me and helped me understand a few things about my warranty and the worked that i needed done on my vehicle. That was the first nice thing I appreciated. When I came in for my appointment and met with Todd, he also explained things to me about the work that was going to be done. Once the job was done and the cost was reasonable, Todd also let me look at the old parts that they had taken off the car. I appreciated that.
