I have been a customer of Toyota-Town for over 25 years. I have bought and serviced all my Toyotas from them. Their service department is excellent...the service department is what brings me back. I was at Masonville mall hairdresser Saturday morning. After, I returned to my Toyota sienna van and found the rt rear tire totally flat! All my tires were new from Toyotatown within the year. CAA pumped After, I returned to my Toyota sienna van and found the rt rear tire totally flat! All my tires were new from Toyotatown within the year. CAA pumped up the tire so I could drive to ToyotaTown where Mr. Dennis Dabous immediately took my van, removed a nail from the tire, and fixed the tire at no charge!! He also threw in a free coffee for me and a car wash! He was awesome! My hero!!! Thank you Dennis!!😘 More

ToyotaTown and Dennis Dabous treat me like a valued customer. On the same day I called about oil dripping from my 2012 Corolla they got me in and showed me that I must have driven through some oil and customer. A quick complimentary car wash and a couple of laughs and I was back on the road. Thank you Dennis!. I gave one less star to ToyotaTown due to my poor experience with the computerized "Brooke" telephone service attendant that attempted to coordinate my previous oil change. The personal touch is especially important during first contact. More

This dealership takes pride in their vehicles. All the employees are knowledgeable, courteous, and take the time to explain things properly.
