Gwen Jones was very helpful and gave me the information and the time I needed to make the decision that was right for me. Vladimir Stepancev was great in explaining my options for financing the vehicle & prolonging it's life. I looked at two cars & when I chose the cheaper car there was no pressure to buy the more expensive one instead. I traveled from Oshawa to London to see these two cars & I was surprised and pleased when Gwen offered to pick me up at the train station when I came back to pick up the car. That offer was very helpful to me and although perhaps not a big thing to her, it demonstrated her generous & helpful approach to caring for her customers. Thanks! More

Stephanie Davis was very informative and what she didn't know she was quick to find out for me. I really loved the fact I could discuss part of the deal with her online and not have to make a trip into the dealership. This was a HUGE plus for me in the negotiation process as it saved time, and I didn't once feel any pressure. I love my new car and have had a great experience at Toyota town in London, Ontario. More
