When I left, I was not told what they did, and the girl (Cashier) did not explain anything, and spoke so fast, I couldn't understand her. There was no one waiting, so she could have taken her time. Not a real cozy feeling to make me come back. I could have done the same thing myself. I had to really read my bill, and call my service adviser the next day for an explanation. I should have been told about my mat being wrong! I should have been told that all the rust was removed from my brake pads. Does not influence my thinking of coming back. And I have the long term warranty!? Not very happy! Have no confidence in this establishment. More

She remained calm and professional despite the initial frustration in my behalf about the possibility of having to return my vehicle at a future date. Thanks to the mechanics staff for working hard to squeeze my vehicle into the schedule also. More

Amanda Krug and Peter Englemana are great! I had two different cars being serviced. Amanda was sympathetic to my need for fast service! She is helpful and gives great advice when needed. Impressive Toyota-Town Experience Brian was quite helpful in facilitating my purchase of the preowned car. We communicated by text, and he arranged for David to do paperwork with me as Brian was quite helpful in facilitating my purchase of the preowned car. We communicated by text, and he arranged for David to do paperwork with me as he was not in at the time. Great teamwork! Both were willing to write, and/or text with me due to the fact I'm Deaf. David and Brian texted in communication so I wasn't left out. They facilitated the use of a loaner car so I could return my rental vehicle and commute to work. They both took care of the logistics involved. Brian was timely in picking me up at a car rental place and had all the paper work ready for me to use that loaner car. He showed me how different features of the 2019 Toyota Corolla functioned. When I came to pick up my preowned car, it was already detailed and had most of its dents and scratches repaired. I was especially impressed that Brian went the extra mile and used post-it notes to identify the purpose and function of each feature (e.g., TRACTION CONTROL... to press in case I'm stuck in snow). Not many sales people would do that, to my knowledge. That was especially impressive. I would recommend other people use this dealership. More
