Buyer Beware on your "free" first oil change. The Toyota Canada website says a service 2 (which this dealer will do as your first oil change and claims no charge) contains: Rotate tires (applicabl The Toyota Canada website says a service 2 (which this dealer will do as your first oil change and claims no charge) contains: Rotate tires (applicable to same size wheels, front & rear) or alternatively perform seasonal tire change-over. This makes sense since the tires are coming off and being moved around during the service anyway. Toyotatown now claims that they're charging extra for this service - just because. So your free first oil change might not be that "free" after all. Buyer Beware! OTHER local Toyota dealers will NOT charge you extra for this service so CALL AROUND! More

The only hitch was that our Insurance certificates were not available - don't know if our insurance company didn't send them or if they were misplaced at the dealership - not a big deal as I will just have the insurance company send them to me via email.I really preferred the actual purchase i.e. we were given a fair price for our trade with no haggling and unlike other dealers we didn't have to provide a deposit to make an offer. In my past dealings with other dealers - I always had to give them a deposit to even make an offer on a car. This always ticked me off - they claim that you had to give a deposit to show that you were serious about buying a car - doesn't make sense to me - if I wasn't serious I wouldn't be there in the first place.
