Everyone went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience from initial inquiry to delivery of the vehicle. All questions were answered quickly and efficiently, sometimes quicker than we thought possible. While I dealt with most of the details, staff were thoughtful and intentional in asking about my wife's recovery. They went above and beyond in terms of customer service to make things as easy as possible for my wife. Small gestures really do add up, especially during a time of high stress, and did not go unnoticed! I called ToyotaTown and spoke with Robert Dako my service adviser. He took the time to explain the issues I would be having if I needed new bearings. I made an appointment and Robert called to let me know only one wheel needed new bearings and he saved me hundreds of dollars.
