When the work was done (early) Rob called to let me know and made suggestions for my next visit. There were no surprises. I was dealt with professionalism upon entering the service bay. Someone talks to you immediately and tells you what is going on. everyone was efficient, friendly and professional. The service bays are spotless too, you never have to worry about were you are stepping or what you are touching. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody. More

Our Sienna is over 13 years old and has over 335,000 km on it, so one would expect it has lasted past its useful life. But no, this service team keeps the van going and it is still in excellent condition and we see no need to replace it, other than our desire to have another newer version or another type of vehicle from the Toyota family. As you know everyone loves that new car smell!! But no immediate need, because of this great service team. Well done everyone!! More
