ToyotaTown Dealership is best described as FANTASTIC! I just picked up my 2021 RAV4 and was extremely well served by Sylvia Donovan and Janine Feenstra! In fact my lease was not up until August and Sylvia just picked up my 2021 RAV4 and was extremely well served by Sylvia Donovan and Janine Feenstra! In fact my lease was not up until August and Sylvia proactively contacted me to meet and look at options. As a result, I decided to deal my 2018 RAV4 before the end of the lease. Sylvia was very thorough in explaining both the vehicle enhancements and the various lease options to assist me in deciding how I wanted to proceed! Janine then completed the lease for me. When I picked the vehicle up they had Dan show me the details of the vehicle and assist with setting up phone Blue tooth etc. All in all a wonderful, professional, experience! This is my second vehicle from ToyotaTown because of the great customer experience, support and service they showed me with my previous 2018 vehicle! Basically, they earned my repeat business thru their attention to service and customer support! I definitely recommend ToyotaTown!
