I dropped off the vehicle in advance of my appointment. Amanda called me at my appointment time to review scope of work, disposal of old parts and pricing. Amanda offered a discount on parts/labour to ensure I was satisfied (along with a car wash). Work was completed as per the projected timeline and she called me again promptly to let me know the vehicle was ready for pick up.
