I was late for my appointment and I was not told the time or I just didn't hear it when I got to the service department was told sorry you missed your 7:15 appt you will need to go to Canadian Tire or come b or I just didn't hear it when I got to the service department was told sorry you missed your 7:15 appt you will need to go to Canadian Tire or come back next week. Since next week was not an option we set for two weeks Saturday at 9:00. Dennis Dabous came in and said Cancel that we can take him in right now and that is real customer service. Thanks to him I was happy and that little juster made my day and willing to tell others about my positive experience More

We got our Toyota Sienna a few weeks back because my wife and I are expecting twins and needed a minivan. Hiacynta was such an amazing person to work to get us there. Mr Michael Donavan, was very pleasant, helpful , accommodating and in terms of his work his very professional, he explain everything to us the features and information of the car we’re buying.
