I recently moved to Port Stanley from Cambridge / Kitchener area. My wife and I found Geordie very professional from start to finish. I purchased a 2021 Tacoma, and Brian was super honest and knew his stuff. He was straight up with me on the delay of the truck (chip shortage) and was always calling to give me updates (which was super nice) knew his stuff. We were going in looking to possibly purchase a new rav 4 . I called before my actual appointment because we had driven a few other vehicles and were wanting to make a decision on that day. They were great getting us set up for an earlier time with a young associate, but when I had called they forgot to put me on hold and it was obvious that they were super annoyed at us for wanting to come in earlier. When we were the the associate we dealt with was wearing a mask but it was constantly falling off and we were a little put off by this. Overall not a bad experience but not a great one either. More
