My first brand new car. I was in position of needing a new vehicle whether it was new or used and had thought about it for a long time. My previous car died and I had to make a decision and act on it. After doing research and comparing cars I had decided to test drive a 2014 Toyota Yaris at the local Toyota dealership. Brad Garrow from Toyota On the Park came with us on the test drive and gave me all the information I needed to start me on the process of considering a new car as opposed to a used vehicle. After a few days of thinking about it and reading the information I was given I made an appointment to talk about the financial process and choices. Brad was very informative and professional and answered all the questions I asked. After taking this information home he called and asked how I was doing in my process of thinking things over. He was never pushy or aggressive. After reviewing all the information and my options I decided to take a second test drive and I'm very glad I did. It was at that point that I decided to purchase a brand new 2014 Toyota Yaris and I'm very happy I did. It is my first new car. I have always driven used vehicles and I will never go that route again. Brad was great all through this process and didn't miss a beat in providing me with everything I needed to make the choice I wanted. Always helpful with the information I wanted and not pushy. I would do the whole process again. It can be a daunting experience to purchase a new car but I made good choice for myself and am happy with it. More

It would be great if it was more comfortable and a food offering such as muffins, cookies and donuts for those waiting for their car to be serviced while the wait. The main reason for the purchase was the level of service and complete dediacation towards customer satisfaction provided by Paul Barreto starting from the initial contact up to and then well after taking delivery of the vehicle. As one example we encountered diffficulty some time after taking the car with setting up and operating the communication package. Paul volunteered to help and spent considerable time addressing our problems and offered if necessary to help us again. Outstanding service I have been dealing with Toyota on the Park for five years now and have purchased one car for my daughter, leased one for myself and my other daughter I have been dealing with Toyota on the Park for five years now and have purchased one car for my daughter, leased one for myself and my other daughter and insisted my Aunt buy her Corolla from Toyota on the Park. I just this month leased another car from Lexus on the Park through Nancy and Matt. Nancy is incredibly customer focused, always a smile on her face and has not only exceeded my expectations but has turned me into a raving fan of hers and Toyota on the Park.
