For the first time getting a Oil change Tyler and Christopher explained the service options going forwar Excellent Service @ the drive in service. For the first time getting a Oil change Tyler and Christopher explained the service options going forward and Christopher help to get me new winter tires on rims. The new winter tire's and rims were organised in 1 hr. I got a call to come back and the new tires were installed within 1/2 hr. Chris and Tyler explained about the tire insurance and I went ahead and purchased the insurance. In all great service guys @ southbank Dodge. More

Oil change and winter tires. I went to Southbank Dodge and had the great fortune of being served by Dan O'Neil. On Monday I needed a simple oil change and he took care of everythi I went to Southbank Dodge and had the great fortune of being served by Dan O'Neil. On Monday I needed a simple oil change and he took care of everything for me. When we settled up I asked about winter tires and again he took care of me. A quick visit to Parts and I had a quote and setup a service window with Dan and I was back the following day and got my new winter tires installed. Dan was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If you own a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler, I can't recommend Southbank Dodge Chrysler enough. More
Took a really long time and I felt like they were just trying to upsell while I was there. I often feel like I am talked down to or treated like a child while I am at the service center. I came in for my first oil change early in the morning and as soon as I drove in Tyler came to my window and greeted me with a friendly smile and and asked what i needed done today. I asked him about the oil change and the synthetic compared to regular oil and he was very knowledgeable on the matter and answered all my questions. .he was very helpful and polite. And service was fast and efficient. I also did a tire rotation and he referred me to dean to answer further questions. Dean answered all my questions on the quality of my tires and the general procedure that was involved in rotation and the advantages of doing it. All in all a great morning. Thank you dean and Tyler. They are both an example of great customer service. Eager to answer questions and gave me excellent advice on preventative maintenance on my new Jeep. Thumbs up to both of them. I will definitely be back for future oil changes. The entire process was simple and great. More

Shop Foreman,Tim Miron solved a problem with exhaust system and Bobby Butler dealt with FCA corporate to solve an on going issue I have had with SiriusXM.
