I moved to Ottawa from out of province. It was to my understanding I had paid for a service to have my oil change and tire rotation covered as part of a plan I had purchased when I bought my vehicle. Further, he explained all the services the dealership offers which again exceeded my expectation. He is a great asset to the team and I had a great first impression overall.
