Best Buying Experience in Years I usually don't like to negotiate a car at a dealership. There's too much wasted time and it's usually a big hassle. I do my own research and, once I usually don't like to negotiate a car at a dealership. There's too much wasted time and it's usually a big hassle. I do my own research and, once decided on a vehicle, I prefer to use a broker to smooth out the buying process. So, on that day, we walked into the dealership with the intention of just test driving a potential vehicle before making a final decision. We were immediately greeted by Prince who was very professional and friendly. He took us for test drive of a Jeep GC, showed us all of it's features and answered all our questions. Never did I felt presured into buying but I did let them evaluate my current vehicle enven though I intended to sell it privately. To my surprise, the numbers they provided, for both the trade-in and the new vehicle, met my expectatons and we quickly aggred to terms. It couldn't have been more pleasantly surprise by the quick and pain free negotiations. I will glady recommend Southbank to other potental customers and will return there for my maintenance needs.
