What I witnessed while working at the dealership was a cut throat industry, the atmosphere within the sales staff was every man for himself and make that sale no matter what. Was I wrong in this case. I walked in with a chip on my shoulder and left with a new Jeep and the knowledge that I would be back to Southbank to purchase my next vehicle. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ivan. Never once did I feel pressured to buy. Ivan answered every question I had and I had many. Dealing with Ivan was wonderful, I was not an easy customer but he listened to my concerns and addressed each any every issue I had. In the end he matched my needs to a wonderful vehicle. What shocked me most was how the staff seemed happy and worked together. Prince took us for a test drive and he was very knowledgable about the product. In the finance department I delt with Al, another wonderful experience. When I mentioned I had a preference in financial institutions, he told me they delt with several banks and allowed me to choose the one I preferred. He explained everything in great detail, which was appreciated. In the end I purchased a great vehicle for a fair price. I waited a week before writing this review to have some time with my new Jeep. I love it, I am one happy customer. More

This is my second Ram 1500 4x4, although not my second truck. In my opinion, this is the best value for money in a truck of its class. More
