Our new 2015 Dodge Journey Southbank Dodge is like family to us. Grandma and Grandpa have been purchasing their vehicles and servicing them at Southbank for decades. It was just the natural progression for us to go this route when it was time for Mom to buy her first brand new car. Where else would we go to choose the car that would protect our family? The place that has taken such care of ours for so long: Southbank Dodge. Every person we dealt with from Cal who first greeted us, to our funny, knowledgeable, patient and helpful sales professional Tyler, to the "money man" Paul who provided us with financing, warranty and insurance options. I was amazed at how quickly our car was ready for pick up. I have never seen two kids more excited to see our new car. Tyler made sure every question we had was answered and we never felt pressured. A true professional he is. Our oldest turns 16 in less than decade. Best Buying Experience in Years I usually don't like to negotiate a car at a dealership. There's too much wasted time and it's usually a big hassle. I do my own research and, once I usually don't like to negotiate a car at a dealership. There's too much wasted time and it's usually a big hassle. I do my own research and, once decided on a vehicle, I prefer to use a broker to smooth out the buying process. So, on that day, we walked into the dealership with the intention of just test driving a potential vehicle before making a final decision. We were immediately greeted by Prince who was very professional and friendly. He took us for test drive of a Jeep GC, showed us all of it's features and answered all our questions. Never did I felt presured into buying but I did let them evaluate my current vehicle enven though I intended to sell it privately. To my surprise, the numbers they provided, for both the trade-in and the new vehicle, met my expectatons and we quickly aggred to terms. It couldn't have been more pleasantly surprise by the quick and pain free negotiations. I will glady recommend Southbank to other potental customers and will return there for my maintenance needs. Stress free experience Years ago I worked at a dealership, that expeierence makes me dread buying a car. What I witnessed while working at the dealership was a cut throat in Years ago I worked at a dealership, that expeierence makes me dread buying a car. What I witnessed while working at the dealership was a cut throat industry, the atmosphere within the sales staff was every man for himself and make that sale no matter what. Was I wrong in this case. I walked in with a chip on my shoulder and left with a new Jeep and the knowledge that I would be back to Southbank to purchase my next vehicle. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ivan. Never once did I feel pressured to buy. Ivan answered every question I had and I had many. Dealing with Ivan was wonderful, I was not an easy customer but he listened to my concerns and addressed each any every issue I had. In the end he matched my needs to a wonderful vehicle. What shocked me most was how the staff seemed happy and worked together. Prince took us for a test drive and he was very knowledgable about the product. In the finance department I delt with Al, another wonderful experience. When I mentioned I had a preference in financial institutions, he told me they delt with several banks and allowed me to choose the one I preferred. He explained everything in great detail, which was appreciated. In the end I purchased a great vehicle for a fair price. I waited a week before writing this review to have some time with my new Jeep. I love it, I am one happy customer. More

This is my second Ram 1500 4x4, although not my second truck. In my opinion, this is the best value for money in a truck of its class. More
