Friendly and very polite staff. Unfortunately they could not duplicate my intermittent issue so my issue was not resolved. Will take pictures when it happens again and return again. Terrible service. Added warranties without confirming. Got me to sign sheets that were blank. Purchased my 5th new vehicle from Sherwood Park Chevy and they as usual were great to deal with and I will be coming back. In our case unfortunately our new car that we previously purchased from Sherwood Par they as usual were great to deal with and I will be coming back. In our case unfortunately our new car that we previously purchased from Sherwood Park Chevy was stolen and when I informed Mike he quickly got our name on another new one exactly the same as the stolen one and within a month we were back into our new car again!
