I have to be honest and say I would have never in my life thought that I would ever give a dealership a 5 star rating. I’ve had average experiences prior but never as outstanding as with this Sherwood Chev d thought that I would ever give a dealership a 5 star rating. I’ve had average experiences prior but never as outstanding as with this Sherwood Chev dealer. Dealing with Nathan - Sales and Harrison - GM. These 2 made this so smooth and enjoyable, even through the whole process we were still able to enjoy some laughs together and they treated me more than just another buyer and with respect. I cannot begin to say how much time, work and efforts they both put in into making me extremely happy with my purchase but even more so that it made me feel like they we’re working for me and together with me and not making me feel like it was them vs me. They made me feel like we were all on the same team working together to achieve the goal of purchasing. I would also like to thank Tenille and Derek with their time, help and efforts and appreciated their involvement as well. I would and will highly recommend this Dealership and esp ask for Nathan and he will more than be able to help you in whatever kind of vehicle you’re looking for and again to work together with Harrison who went above and beyond what anyone would expect but at this dealership it’s not an expectation, it’s a given. Terrible service. Added warranties without confirming. Got me to sign sheets that were blank. Also worked my payment out on a monthly basis when I was on biweekly so t Added warranties without confirming. Got me to sign sheets that were blank. Was a little upset with the dog hair still in the vehicle. Finance could not get the numbers correct on bill of sale, had to contact several times to correct the final purchase price??? Terrible! Terrible terrible terrible. Unprofessional. Dealer will add in fees that are not needed, over promise and under deliver! Oh and their “refundable dep Terrible terrible terrible. Nothing but a scam of a dealer. I bought my last two vehicles through them, and will not be back. And will not recommend to anyone. More
