Well our sales person was a good kid and wasn't pushy and we did have a little bit of a xxxx up on a accessory but he and the sales manager took care of it like a champ. I wish there was 0 stars Bought a chevy blazer Sept 2021 To start I was sold a car they didn't have. Had to wait almost a week so they could find one after I signed. The back tire wore out to no trea 2021 To start I was sold a car they didn't have. Had to wait almost a week so they could find one after I signed. The back tire wore out to no tread at all. Was told it was under warranty by more than 1 person and to take it to summit in fort mcmurray. Was told by SA as soon as he looked at it that there has to be something wrong with the back of the car as that much wear is not normal and again that it is under warranty. Was told to leave the car so that they could change the tires. Get a call later on that day that it is not under warranty because it's normal wear and tear and that all tired are worn the same. Absolute lie. My nightmare began. Numerous calls between Edmonton and Fort McMurray to get this justified. A bald tire on the back for a 2 yr old vehicle with less that 40,000 km is definitely not normal. In the end I was told it's my problem and that I have to deal with it myself. At that point I was talked to like I was the problem. I couldn't drive on bald tired in the winter. Have spent hundreds paying for busses and taking busses to Edmonton from fort mcmurray all winter. Renting cars. Also I need a new radiator because mine is leaking. They are now advertising the chevy blazers...exact same vehicle I have. Do not buy this car. Your tires will bald and you will be left with the problem. I have all paper work to back my story. I have pictures. I have never been treated so poorly after buying a brand new vehicle. DO NOT BUY A CHEVY BLAZER More

The absolute WORST dealership in Sherwood Park. Their service department is absolutely terrible. We have blatently caught them trying to take advantage of me as a women (husband went in and got a c Their service department is absolutely terrible. We have blatently caught them trying to take advantage of me as a women (husband went in and got a completely different recommendation than I was given). Took our vehicle in to the service department for a check engine light. Vehicle was only 9 years old with 130000km, has had all its maintenance and no accidents. After spending $1000 on repairs that did not fix the issue they just expect us to spend another $2700 on repairs that they THINK will fix it. We were expected to pay for their incompetence. I will never be back or reccomend this dealership to ANYONE I know. More

Do not buy used vehicles from here, they just throw them on the lot and make up a good report saying nothing is wrong with the vehicle, then sell you as is for top dollar later to find out there's problems, on the lot and make up a good report saying nothing is wrong with the vehicle, then sell you as is for top dollar later to find out there's problems, not to mention they are now your problems and they don't care to help out. Would expect more from a certified used dealer, a chevy dealership at that. I contacted this dealership with the hope of buying a new Chevy Colorado. I called and asked for a price on a vehicle . They asked me to come in to talk . I said I’m to busy I would have to wait . So the nex Chevy Colorado. I called and asked for a price on a vehicle . They asked me to come in to talk . I said I’m to busy I would have to wait . So the next week the salesman called and said would I be able to come i this week . I said no I’m still busy . I’ll call you when I have some free time . The salesman called me back every week until the sales manager called . At which time I stated that I’ll purchase a vehicle elsewhere because your sales staff continue to call and ask when am I buying and I clearly stated . I’m busy I’ll have to call you back .
