"Another brand new truck!"
We came in for an oil change on our 2017 vehicle. Harrison greeted us and made small talk about what we were getting an oil change on. We ended up mentioning about maybe wanting to trade up, but yet our truck was still brand new. We ended up sitting with Harrison, and with NO pressure at all, looked into some ideas. We ended up with another brand new 2019 truck! Harrison even hung out with our little man, our 2.5 year old. The entire process was great! We are return customers for a reason!!

The Customer service was impeccable at Sherwood Park Chev. I wasn't sure what to expect as I have been to other Chevy dealers and was not happy with the way I was treated. At Sherwood Park Chevrolet the entire staff was not only welcoming and helpful, but treated me with the utmost respect and I left feeling ecstatic. Thank you so much to Jordan and his team! "Honest, no pressure sales"
Harrison served us on 3 visits to the dealership. First a quick visit to have a look at the 2018 Traverse. He was able to answer all my questions and walk me through the vehicle features. He gave a MSRP on the vehicle. As they were having a Traverse kickoff event, they offered a deal if I bought today. But no pressure.
Second visit was quick review with the wife to check on the size of the vehicle. Harrison ran through some of the features with us. We did not have time to test drive that day.
Went back a 3rd time for a test drive of the Traverse. Vehicle was brought up, questions were answered and then the vehicle features reviewed in the running vehicle. We had to wait for it to warm up anyway. Did the test drive and then looked for some pricing. This took longer than expected, but in fairness, they did not have the vehicle we wanted in stock so they did have to look around at nearby dealerships to find the vehicle in question. He asked about making a deal that day and a deposit which we declined, but there was no pressure and he was honest.
Harrison handled himself professionally and if this is the vehicle we purchase I believe him to be a good person to work with.
