Poor customer service. We have an appointment at 1:00 pm to pick up the car we bought. It took an hour without any one helped us. Could I put lower than 1 star please? I bought a car from them 46k and change. was coming to pick it up and found out on the way that it wasn't inspected yet. No big "they say" take our truck home. 20 days later won't even call me back. Asked for my old truck back won't reply to that. Asked to trade on similarly priced car. No answer. Ignore, Ignore Ignore Ignore. To say I'm mad is an understatement. Also told they call back never did. Ask them if the stuff on the car is fixed not on their list but safety stuff like day time running lights fixed still no real answer said waiting parts for non led lights. Which is weird cause it is a led light. Also tried to ad in fees on their all in pricing and pretended to not be stunned that got in there. More
