The title “product advisor” is the best way to describe him. He gave me all the details, helped me understand differences between the models, narrowed down what I should look at, all the while knowing that I’d only just started my search and may walk away at any time. Although husband and I already have a fixed mindset of what to get, Lito provided us options for pricing. No xxxxxxxx, no sales talk, just straight to the point. Without even asking if we are buying, Lito offered us a test drive. He also discussed in detail the car's features without even looking at the time!
