Looking to buy a new truck My experience with Josh West was fine. He gave me most of the answers l was looking for. l had one problem, a lot of the trucks show a class 4 trai My experience with Josh West was fine. New purchase and trade We wanted a new Jeep Cherokee 2014, and the dealerships in our area could not supply the car that we wanted with in a given time frame, nor were they We wanted a new Jeep Cherokee 2014, and the dealerships in our area could not supply the car that we wanted with in a given time frame, nor were they interested in working a deal with my trade. Peel Chrysler (Gagan), worked with me right away, I sent him pictures of my trade and he found me our exact vehicle. We did most of our netotations over the phone and email. When we showed up at the dealer ship every thing went smooth as silk. As a matter of fact the sun room had some water spots on it and Gagan immediately went and had the car washed before we drove away. We drove 4 hours from our home to get this great deal. Gagan, is a great guy and I will deal with him again in the future. for the record, my son and his girl friend bought almost the same vehicle from this dealership and Gagan, and that's how we got to know him. thanks for the great buying experience.
