I thought I was very clear about what I wanted and agreed about it with the salesman. So, when I was signing, I thought I was signing for what we have discussed. Turned out, they gave me something else and I did not notice the change. Irony is that I have an app in my phone that recorded everything we negotiated. Then the salesman completely denied having negotiated for a feature and it is all recorded. The salesman's denial is also recorded. To make matters worst, the salesman's bosses support him knowing fully well what the truth is. Very very bad experience. More
