Deal done over Phone & E-Mail Everything was done over the phone in less than one week. Pay close attention to what both he salesman and finance guy are saying. I almost got roped into a variable rate starting at 0%, but increasing after the 1st year. Don't take the rate "buy down" unless you are comfortable with rates up to 10% after the 1st year. Also, they tried to gloss over a $699 "admin fee". Website CLEARLY states prices are plus tax ONLY, but there was the charge on my bill of sale. In the grand scheme of things, it was a small price to pay considering the deal I got on my truck, just wish they would have been up front about it so the numbers would add up on my end. All-in-all a good experience, and I have referred some friends to them already. As long as you pay attention, and know your prices/rates/finance terms you'll get a great deal!! More
