It's true! No one beats the deals at Peel. Peel gets a 5 star review all across the board from customer service to product delivery. We live a few hours away but couldn't find a better deal or Peel gets a 5 star review all across the board from customer service to product delivery. We live a few hours away but couldn't find a better deal or customer service anywhere in our area. Hard to believe but true and so worth the drive. Their pricing and promotions are true to their word. You can't find their deals anywhere else. Everything was taken care of via a few emails and a confirmation call. We showed up to sign the papers and drove our new truck home. Everything we asked for was delivered. It's hands down the easiest deal we've ever made in the purchasing of a vehicle. When we arrived they picked us up by shuttle, took us in the office immediately (and they were busy), we looked over the deal, signed and drove away. The truck is beautiful (2018 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi Quad Cab, black on black) and we are in love with it. More

Service dept. is absolutely terrible. Must be amateurs there I waited over 5 hours for a simple rad change that I was toldxwas only going to take 1 5 hours. Driving back to Richmond Hill I had to turn around as I waited over 5 hours for a simple rad change that I was toldxwas only going to take 1 5 hours. Driving back to Richmond Hill I had to turn around as the engine light came on. I get back to dealership and open hood myself and half the parts were not either out back on or missing.
