During service maintenance at O’Conner, they reported a 2mm left on rear bake shoes and due to this, the shoes/rotors needed replacing. Seven days prior to service maintenance, I had summer tires installe 2mm left on rear bake shoes and due to this, the shoes/rotors needed replacing. Seven days prior to service maintenance, I had summer tires installed at a reputable company and they provided a report with service stating there was a 6mm left on rear shoes. When this reputable company was contacted about the report they provided 7 days prior to service maintenance, they said they stood by report and the technician that did the inspection. More

They were professional and prior to arriving Steven sent a video of the vehicle we eventually purchased . We communicated for a couple of weeks and when we arrived a bit early Steven had arranged for Bill t a video of the vehicle we eventually purchased . As my wife and I are both in our 80's we are a little grumpy and not easy to please. Kevin was the most low pressure and the most helpful sales person we have ever encountered. Ebony was very knowledgeable of features and very pleasant to work with. So the sales side of my purchase was great. It will be interesting to see if the service side can meet the same level of ser pleasant to work with. So the sales side of my purchase was great. It will be interesting to see if the service side can meet the same level of service. My AC on my new vehicle takes 20-25 mins to get cool. That is not how ac should work. The cold should be almost immediate when the ac is turned on. Let’s hope they can fix it and avoid the excuses so many service depts tend to use. More
