Poor sales. They won't let you test drive with less than good credit. So if you are financing, you get your test drive once the plates are on. They orignally approved me for a different vehicle, a 2010 Sebring. Then, due to financing issues, they told me the only vehicle that fit the bill was a 2007 Jeep Compass. Woundn't pass air care, so they "Doctored' it just to pass. 3 days off the lot, the check engine light came on and they said it was nothing and cleared the code. Then it came back on while still on the lot. After a few choice words, they decided to fix the issue, as it had just been purchased. Cost them approx. $1200. Now and then the engine light comes on for a few days and then goes off. Too scared to bring it back. All the while the sales person, Deana told us to not worry and they would make up for it. All lies. When you get a car, it's supposed to be a happy day. All they did was make my wife cry and we stormed out of the lot. Would not recommend this place to an enemy. Old good person, in my opinion was the finance person Dave. He was excellent and did get me a decent monthly payment. Buyer beware! More

He was really really great to deal with and very friendly. And the finance guy we saw again really great to deal with and I was very impressed by him just don't remember his name. Those two made our visit very pleasant and I couldn't be more impressed although the sales manager came out when we were discussing wether or not we wanted the truck and he came off as very forceful and he was extremely rude to our sales member telling him to "shut up" while we were all talking. It was disgusting and I would not want to deal with a manager that treated there employees like that. We ended up not getting the truck for other reasons but the other employees saved us from walking off the lot More
Hungry for business, but service leaves you disappointed. Took my 2009 dodge caliber for oil change and I asked for transmission fluid check. The oil tech told me it's a sealed unit. Service tech came out and stuck oil dipstick into trans. tube and says fine. When trans.started dlipping on highway, it cost me 126.00 plus tax for road test and fluid check. " The tech confirmed slipping and thinks fluid level is high" I asked if he took fluid out to be at right level, answer was no. Fluid replacement service is $400.00 plus tax on top of $126.00 already paid. Service clerk asked me if I had bcaa..I will never go back to O'Connor or any other dodge dealer EVER. More

I spent a whole day at this dealership not once was I hurried or pushed into any vehicle I didn't want. They took the time to show me the ins and outs of my jeep cherokee (this is actually the second vehicle I bought here and I came back because if the this) The service department is awesome and will do everything they can to make my experience a positive one. I truly have nothing negate to say. Thanks guys! More
Lacks Integrity Pros: - They had the Jeep I wanted. - Good financing department that got me a low rate. Cons: - They refused to negotiate on the price. Staff were very rude and disrespectful in this regard. - An extra $5 000 in hidden fees that they wouldn't reveal to me till I was in the financing department. - Missing passenger side visor. I was told at the time of the sale that they would order one in for me no extra charge. After the sale, they refused to order it unless I paid. - Was told it came with bluetooth. After the fact sale I found out that it was an extra feature I had to order. - Was told that it came with a years subscription with satiate radio. When it ran out after three days, they refused to renew it. - Tire pressure was low. - Vehicle was dirty. - Vehicle had low washer fluid (which ran out at a very bad time). Conclusion: Stereotypical shady car dealership. Avoid if you can. If not, brace yourself for a bad experience and get everything they promise in writing. More
Terrible serivice This service department is the worst. They refuse to fix our Jeep and they only update the computer in it because they don't properly look at it. They say keep bringing it in because we have lots of warranty left! We left our jeep there for 3 weeks and all they did was update the system. It is unacceptable. This is ongoing for a year. The manager says he will look into it personally and call us but never did. They have given our loaner car away twice even though our appt was booked for a month in advance! My husband has caught them in their lies many times. We tried talking to the owner and he told my husband he was lying about the terrible service. What a joke this place is! Such a headache. We are now dealing with chrystler canada More
Imagine your brand new vehicle is lagging, drastically dropping speed from 100 to 50km an hour, we were on holidays when it happend took the car for diagnostic for the check engine light to find out what dropping speed from 100 to 50km an hour, we were on holidays when it happend took the car for diagnostic for the check engine light to find out what the problem was at a Chrysler dealership in 100 mile house(superb service) they gave us the codes but oconnors refused to take their diagnosis. So instead of fixing the problem they reset the computer and said you have lots of warranty left!!! Now imagine driving down the hwy going 100km an hour with a semi truck 30 ft behind you and your car stalls out...scary isn't it it doesn't matter at that point how much warranty is left now does it? Thank god my husband is a good driver and reacts fast. Money hungry selfish dealership! As soon as you buy a car from them your nothing but a VIN ! More
