Every person I interacted with from the time of booking, being greeted at the dealership and while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced was exceptional. Great communication with updates, courtesy car wash voucher, quick to get an appointment, and when I needed to call for questions after I left, Chris and Brad were there to help me. I felt at ease and safe with my vehicle in their hands and there is no other dealership I trust, and no better place to take your vehicle or buy from than O'Connor. I really like the family friendly atmosphere everyone brings, and the fact that not many dealership these days have shuttles while you wait or has car detailing. Customer service satisfaction!!
