Tony D. exception to work with. Tony was professional to deal with right from day one until the sale was closed. There was a small blemish on the interior of the suv and he went out Tony was professional to deal with right from day one until the sale was closed. There was a small blemish on the interior of the suv and he went out of his way to make it worth my while to keep the car we wanted. Easy to work with and very approachable guy that doesn't try to push through a sale. Recommend asking for Tony if you come to Northgate. More

A new car experience that made me happy I was looking for a good used car as a substitute for my pickup truck. I had been to different dealers looking for a reasonable deal on my trade in an I was looking for a good used car as a substitute for my pickup truck. I had been to different dealers looking for a reasonable deal on my trade in and found the sales managers not really interested in my expectations. I was at northgate getting an oil change and wandered over to the used car area and was met by Bill. He was interested in looking at the trade and showed me a few low mileage cars that met my requirements. Within 15 minutes Bill had looked at the trade in , offered a good price and had a deal which I was happy to complete. The car was ready the next day too. Great attitude and I was happy to have the new car to drive. Northgate really met my expectations. I will also make sure my car is serviced at northgate too. Thanks Bill. More

Treated like Family!! I walked into Northgate looking for a family vehicle that would make both Mom and growing boys happy and walked out feeling like family!! Tony listene I walked into Northgate looking for a family vehicle that would make both Mom and growing boys happy and walked out feeling like family!! Tony listened to what I was looking for. He heard my list of needs/wants and showed me a few vehicles then handed me keys for a test drive. Once I came back happy we sat down and got the ball rolling with help from Shawn. Shawn helped me by working his magic in not needing a co-signer!! I had been frequently visiting a dealership in my small town but was always told to wait while he had to go talk to someone and see what they could do for me. Both Tony and Shawn talked while I was present. They treated me like family and made me feel like I was someone important and not just a sale. I recommend if you are looking for your very first or your next vehicle, you need to stop by Northgate and ask for Tony and Shawn!! You will not be disappointed and glad to know someone has your back!! I love my new Red 2018 Acadia and look forward to making memories and lots of road trips knowing we will get there safely and in comfort!! More
