The communication is excellent and I appreciated how they drove to my work to drop my car off, which made my life a lot easier. The customer service from Markus is definitely next-level and what you should expect from a high end dealership. Markus is also friendly and quick to respond. He would answer our calls at all hours even after the dealership was closed, and never gave us the "hard sell". It allowed us to feel confident that we were making the right decision in buying a Mercedes-Benz, and more so that we were buying it from the right sales person.
