Third vehicle from MB London. Two months into ownership there was a minor issue with the vehicle. That same day someone was out to my house (45 min away) with a loaner and took my vehicle in for service. Brought it back to me the next day. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, efficient and patient. Poor service and reliability on newer vehicle. Had nothing but issues with my GLC. After buying 4 Mercedes through this dealer in last 4 years.
