He also informed me of some valuable details I didn't think of asking about the charger, which wasn't available online or in the user manual. I also appreciated Michael went the extra mile to verify what other incentives I may qualify for, and found out I can also get a discount on the Kia Protect Appearance Protection because of the incentives.
