I live in Toronto and was in the market for a new Lexus. Hmm... I thought - strange strategy. Soon thereafter, I got in touch with Lexus of London via e-mail and received an incredibly polite, professional and welcoming e-mail from Stephanie. Part of what she wrote included "More and more of our guests are choosing to shop on-line for their new vehicle and it is my job to make things easy.". WOW!! What a welcoming change from the Toronto "attitude". I found my entire purchase experience with Stephanie to be very professional, respectful and she even responded to me several times off hours. She went out of her way to find out exactly what we wanted and made sure this car was fully equipped . She even did panoramic photos to send to us . She simply stated " I didn't want you two to come all the way from Sarnia is this isn't the car you wanted ." She also met with us at times that I am sure were not convenient for her and she accommodated us with a heart warming smile . If we had a question she knew the answer or would find out - never guessing . We love our car- we are thrilled with the care that we received from Lexus and from Stephanie --we would never hesitate to recommend this dealership and STEPHANIE to our family and friends . We have had many cars in our lifetime - new and used . NEVER - EVER have we had such a very positive experience !!!
