Best Experience We've Had We just recently bought a used vehicle from this dealership and dealt with an amazing sales representative named Sue. When shopping for a used vehicle We just recently bought a used vehicle from this dealership and dealt with an amazing sales representative named Sue. When shopping for a used vehicle you typically do not get the star treatment when buying a brand new vehicle but going through this experience with Sue we felt as though we were buying the most expensive vehicle they had. Not only did we feel cherished as customers, but the experience was the most relaxed, unstressful day I've spent in a dealership. Never once did we feel pressured into doing something we were uncomfortable with and we genuinely felt as though Sue and the rest of the team consistently had our best interest at heart and not what would make them the most money. What blew us away the most was when Sue offered to deliver our vehicle all the way to our house in Niagara Falls so we didn't have to make the drive again at no extra cost. When it arrived it looked immaculate even though it was a 2011 Lexus of London did such an amazing job of making sure it looked and felt like a brand new car. I would recommend Lexus of London as well as Sue to anyone who needs a vehicle. You will not regret it. More

The best dealer I have ever seen Few days ago, my friends and I just walked in and met Sue in-store. Honestly I didn't expect to make the purchase on the same day since I'm not someon Few days ago, my friends and I just walked in and met Sue in-store. Honestly I didn't expect to make the purchase on the same day since I'm not someone who knows cars very well. However, Sue was super patient and walked me through every detail which helped me a lot on learning about the car purchase. I was also impressed by her kindness and warm-heart. Sue got each of us a chocolate at the end even if it seemed unnecessary. I requested for some during the middle when she apologized couldn't find any at that point. After purchase, she has been actively informing me about vehicle conditions such as when it is expected to be delivered and when she'll be available for pick-up. All I want to say is this is the best retail experience I have ever had. I highly recommend you to find Sue if you know nobody at Lexus London :) More

Always sense that Tom is my "advocate " at lexus of London at ALL times even though I know the dealership puts "the food on his table". ALWAYS warm and friendly and ready to work for me even if the process ends in no sale (and it has in the past). I have bought other brands. I find the dealearship's key personnel for me (Tom, Adam, Karen and Allan) always ready to go the extra mile. As for the car....well it's a Lexus....it's the PURSUIT of perfection that drives every quality aspect of the machine and the people who build it, sell it and service it.. More
