Quality service response I arrived at dealer 20 min before closing on a Saturday. Shopping for a preowned luxury SUV I went in to my local dealership without an appointment to see a vehicle I found online beforehand. I was immediately greeted and set up with Stephanie to discuss how she could help. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure I left without any questions. I test drove two vehicles on her recommendation and was totally satisfied with the service and attention she provided. Unfortunately I didn't fall in love with either, but Stephanie said she would keep me in mind should another SUV meeting my criteria become available. She made true on that offer and followed up with me less than three weeks later. However, that car was also not the one for me. I could not have asked for more from a sales representative, and will be sure to continue to talk to Stephanie first the next time i am car shopping. More

My wife and I dealt with Stephanie last year when we bought our 2015 Lexus and found her very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. When I met her in the showroom while waiting for the servicing we had a great general discussion. The discussion of buying a new car and trading in my almost new one started out as curiosity on my part with no pressure put on me. One thing lead to the next and 3 hours later after getting my wife out of the local mall we were getting serious again. Stephanie is fun and easy to work with and the whole experience was again very satisfying and comfortable. They guaranteed the car before Christmas and the dealership came through with the car delivered on December 23rd with a big red bow sitting on top. More
