The friendly staff coupled with the white glove treatment made my experience unforgettable. The attention to detail upon delivery was top notch. There is a cooperative team feel when in the dealership which really added to my experience. To top it all off, my Sales Advisor Sue Vincent was so friendly, knowledgeable and overly accommodating, and wouldn’t rest until she was sure I was completely happy with my investment. Lauren Rossini made the financing stress free and pleasant and Jordan topped off the delivery with a friendly demo. I can’t wait for my first service appointment so I can see the team again. I had made up my mind that I was going to buy a Honda CR-V but still knew in my heart that I was settling for a car I was not 100% into. Honda had offered me an extremely good deal but as soon as I laid eyes on the 2019 RAV4 I knew that was my style and that was the car that I wanted. What can I say, Larry went over and beyond to make sure that I had a good deal because he did not want to lose me as a customer. He was patient, polite, knowledgeable and never hesitated to go back and forth to negotiate with his Manager. He was extremely good to the point that even if I did not like the car I was going to buy it because of the amount of effort that Larry put into the deal. As my heart had been set on a Lexus RX350 due to its excellent reputation, I contacted several Lexus dealers in southern Ontario. I had the great fortune of one of those being Mr. Rick Watson of Lexus of London. Rick treated me with respect and never, ever pressured me in any way shape or form. I found his approach and his understanding of my unique set of circumstances exceedingly positive. He provided me with all the information I required and worked with me to identify options for the purchase. Ultimately an unexpected opportunity arose out of Province and I did not complete my purchase with Rick. Nevertheless, he was gracious and genuinely happy that I obtained what I wanted. Rick Watson is a consummate professional and if you don't enjoy the "hard sell", then Rick is the sales rep you want to work with. More

This is a very, very expensive repair. Meeting with the service manager Adam McCallum, he agreed to look into what he could do to address the issue and cost. A week later, Romeo Nissan, my service advisor contacted me to inform me they had arranged to have this unit replacement at a much reduced cost. I have been a client of Lexus of London for 16 years and have always felt as if I was a special client. I am also delighted at the professionalism of their staff. My experience with this latest issue is confirmation of that impression. More
