Referred to Leduc after a negative experience elsewhere I STARTED OFF AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP and was to the point where I was ready to buy a Jeep through them, until the sales manager insulted my career (env I STARTED OFF AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP and was to the point where I was ready to buy a Jeep through them, until the sales manager insulted my career (environmental scientist) and my intelligence, most likely because I am a 20-something woman (asked who was coaching me to ask questions about my financing options and started pressuring me because I wanted to think about it). A friend referred me to Leduc Chrysler after hearing about my experience and all I can say is the difference was like night and day. The staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. At no point was I pressured, they listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, showed me the worksheet and how they worked out every dollar of the financing. Walked me through the purchasing agreement and my different options for extended warranty. At no point did I feel rushed, uninformed or like I wasn't a responsible adult looking for a vehicle upgrade. I would recommend Leduc Chrysler to anyone apprehensive of buying a new vehicle due to salesperson stereotypes. More
