Took 3 hours longer then quoted, waited over an hour and a half for a 5 min ride. In total took over 5 hours for what was essentially an oil change. The delay made me late for scheduled appointments. Service department can’t figure out electrical problem on 2019 long horn. Replace multiple electrical parts charging me thousands of dollars, have had my truck for a total of a couple weeks. Finally find the issue after calling Chrysler Canada hotline. Turns out it was a $300 module!! After charging thousands in misdiagnoses and truck broken down multiple times leaving employees stranded on the highway hours from home.so to top it all off they had the nerve to say we are gonna take care of you!! And give you a friends and family discount on your final bill!!!!!!!!😡 honestly it shows me the true disregard for customer service and satisfaction at Leduc Chrysler More

We had an unfortunate vehicle accident that totaled our Ram Truck the week before, We walked into the Leduc Chrysler dealership and were immediately and warmly welcomed by Sales Manager Brad Macdonald. Hearing our story Brad offed us a few choices for some used trucks in our price range and went above and beyond to make us a deal we knew we would not get anywhere else. I've never had a more simple and trouble free purchase of a vehicle. All the staff made us feel so important and made every part of the process simple and quick. We moved to Alberta from BC where we have been loyal to the same Dodge dealership for many years, well we are now loyal customers of Leduc Chrysler! More
