They have amazing customer service. I bought my Jeep there and the salesman was lovely. Took 3 hours longer then quoted, waited over an hour and a half for a 5 min ride. In total took over 5 hours for what was essentially an oil change. The delay made me late for scheduled appointments. Service department can’t figure out electrical problem on 2019 long horn. Replace multiple electrical parts charging me thousands of dollars, have had my truck for a total of a couple weeks. Finally find the 2019 long horn. Replace multiple electrical parts charging me thousands of dollars, have had my truck for a total of a couple weeks. Finally find the issue after calling Chrysler Canada hotline. Turns out it was a $300 module!! After charging thousands in misdiagnoses and truck broken down multiple times leaving employees stranded on the highway hours from home.so to top it all off they had the nerve to say we are gonna take care of you!! And give you a friends and family discount on your final bill!!!!!!!!😡 honestly it shows me the true disregard for customer service and satisfaction at Leduc Chrysler More
