Upon seeing five or six candidate vehicles within "my" price range, my parents (my much needed financial aid) and I were greeted by salesman Keegan Harvey who was very friendly and not at all pushy. We were leaning towards a 2016 Chevrolet Equinox as its mileage was relatively low, it had new winter tires and had no mechanical issues on file as well as being able to easily accommodate the aforementioned baby seat. Keegan joined us for a test drive and was very personable throughout the whole experience. When we moved to the payment/financing portion of the sales process we dealt with Ryan Provencal who first helped us set up the financing and then offered us a few additional coverages (as is his job), but when we were uninterested in the additional coverage he was respectful and did not get pushy. If I had to mention any detractors it would be that the in house safety check had not been performed so that required an additional (unexpected) hour+ wait. That being said I forgot to bring up the license plates from the dead on land Honda Civic which required us to get a day's worth of separate insurance and delayed us a bit further. Overall I had a very positive experience and would certainly recommend checking out this lot for a new or used vehicle. The staff seemed very genuine and friendly and that is very important when it comes to making a large purchase such as a vehicle. More

Purchase of Used Vehicle I have been using the Auto Trader App and was interested in a vehicle on the Island Ford Car Lot. I decided to make my way to the dealership and met Keegan at the door as a walk in. I had a vehicle in mind that I wanted to test drive and we quickly went over the customer questionnaire. The vehicle was ready to go and we took it for a spin. Keegan made the process was very relaxed and easy going. We crunch some numbers and both parties were satisfied with the outcome.
