Rob Dermott from Island Ford in Duncan was the first to respond. As it turned out, the BMW 335i at this dealership was the one that interested me the most. Rob was on top of this immediately with information I had asked for and a flexible schedule for a test drive. Buying a car is always a stressful experience for me, but Rob did a great job with his eagerness to acknowledge our needs. I always like to negotiate a lower price for vehicles I buy, but this dealership sets a competitive price and they're tough when a lower price if offered. Nevertheless, we were able to reach an agreement on a price that we could both live with. I also found Dan Spicer, the sales manager to be fair as well as Ryan Provencal the business manager who was friendly and super helpful. All in all, one of our best car buying experiences. More
