Arriving at HMP to see the pickup he was speaking of I was amazed at all he had overseen in order to have it ready for me - 'the extra mile'. Moments later I knew it was the pickup for me. Chuck is the best salesperson I've ever encountered in many years and made the process of purchase so incredibly enjoyable and easy to motivate thru I was greatly appreciative of his efforts and totally enjoyed his personality.
