The vehicle I purchased was a plug in Hybrid. Understandably, it has a degree of complexity that requires proprietary knowledge. There were several questions about the tech, the equipment, and operation of the vehicle that was not answered adequately, and some that I couldn't get the answer to. The vehicle would not go into "Electric Only" mode due to a software update. I had to go to the dealership the next day to service to have it re-programmed. I finally left satisfied. I believe the salesman meant well, but I felt the delivery day for this vehicle was incomplete. It would have been helpful to heave a more senior salesman or technician available to answer the challenging questions. And finally, on the day of the delivery, I requested a ride, or a shuttle. It was explained to me that they do not do this, and no other option was offered. I have never seen this before with any other dealership. In past there has been either a shuttle, or the salesman came to pick me up. I was disappointed in this. More

WARNING! !! PLEASE SHARE! Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership! We purchased a vehicle 4 months ago and it has been in the shop more than it's been !! PLEASE SHARE! Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership! We purchased a vehicle 4 months ago and it has been in the shop more than it's been at home. We went for our first service at this dealership and they put on the wrong filter and over filled my engine( after telling us they're will be a certified wagoneer mechanic working on it) oil all over my driveway and i have pictures to prove it.... than I ask them how we can fix the issue and all he says is I paid for the new oil change for yeah.( meanwhile I paid for oil changes in my xxxxing warranty).... nothing else was offered. ... than my brakes went out on the highway with my family in it and because it "fixed" itself there is nothing that can be done. Oh wait! they said they can help us.... with another sale where we would eat the negative equity. They said why would the dealership be willing to eat the cost if your not!!! For real? Like it's our fault they messed up the first service and the brakes went out? Not to mentioned your promised a wagoneer loner when yours is being serviced but have none available... service blamed sales saying that the only two on the lot are forsale!! I have spoken with Garrett, Vinny, David, Lance, daniel and the list goes on. They will sell you a vehicle forsure but anything after that is not their problem. Us as the consumers get left eating the cost of this dealerships mistakes. More

GWC lacks integrity, accountability, honesty, professionalism, and everyone involved in this incident has no moral compass. On October 16, 2023, I took my Jeep to GWC for Winter Road Special and professionalism, and everyone involved in this incident has no moral compass. On October 16, 2023, I took my Jeep to GWC for Winter Road Special and servicing that was due. GWC never considered that a female would check the servicing requests for completion after being charged for them. 1. The oil was not changed as requested. 2. The brake fluid was not changed as requested. 3. It is unknown if GWC completed the Major Fuel Service as requested. 4. In the spring it will be known if the transmission filter was changed. After checking the oil the next morning and noting it to be dirty, all trust was gone with GWC. I did receive a full refund from the servicing invoice, but they refused to answer emails and compensate me for the 2 extra days I could not book shifts at work. Leduc Chrysler confirmed the brake fluid and the oil had not been recently changed at the servicing appointment at GWC. How childish and guilt ridden for David Elgie, Grant Steil, Vernon Arthurs, and Meighan Kanak to not reply to emails and not compensate a customer after putting their "ex-customer's" vehicle and safety at risk. If you have to take your vehicle to GWC, please check that the servicing was completed as requested for your safety. More
