I waited an hour and a half for a simple oil change in the quick lane. An oil change can be done in 20 minutes; there was absolutely no reason I had to wait that long. The worker with whom I first dealt with asked me “does this car belong to your husband?” Number one, that is none of your business. Number 2, what does it matter anyway? And number 3, you have no right to assume anything about me or my car and who it “belongs” to. As if it is so strange for a woman to be bringing in her own car for service. Ridiculous and horrible service. Find another dealership. More

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! !! Update!!! A year of nothing but problems since we purchased and now they are telling us to have the vehicle stolen and burnt because they can not !! WARNING!!! PLEASE SHARE! Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership! We purchased a vehicle 4 months ago and it has been in the shop more than it's been at home. We went for our first service at this dealership and they put on the wrong filter and over filled my engine( after telling us they're will be a certified wagoneer mechanic working on it) oil all over my driveway and i have pictures to prove it.... than I ask them how we can fix the issue and all he says is I paid for the new oil change for yeah.( meanwhile I paid for oil changes in my xxxxing warranty).... nothing else was offered. ... than my brakes went out on the highway with my family in it and because it "fixed" itself there is nothing that can be done. Oh wait! they said they can help us.... with another sale where we would eat the negative equity. They said why would the dealership be willing to eat the cost if your not!!! For real? Like it's our fault they messed up the first service and the brakes went out? Not to mentioned your promised a wagoneer loner when yours is being serviced but have none available... service blamed sales saying that the only two on the lot are forsale!! I have spoken with Garrett, Vinny, David, Lance, and the list goes on. They will sell you a vehicle forsure but anything after that is not their problem. Us as the consumers get left eating the cost of this dealerships mistakes. UPDATE!!! Went to pick it up from warranty work being done and not even 5 minutes down the road it's worse than when we left it. Go to bring it back just to be told that we have to make an appointment....
